Rubber roofing systems are generally used on commercial no slope and low slope applications. These roofing systems have a strong resistance to water, heat, and UV rays. Since rubber is flexible and durable, it is less likely to crack like other roofing materials. When properly installed to shed and drain water these applications can last up to 40 years!

EPDM also known as Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer, has been the popular choice for commercial roofs for more than 40 years. This application is the most durable with a estimated lifespan between 20 to 40 years. Colors available include black and also white which meets LEED certification requirements.

TPO or Thermoplastic Polyolefin is a cost effective but still durable system used for no slope and low slope commercial roofs. Since TPO roofs are cost effective but still offer similar benefits to EPDM roofs, these applications are becoming more popular. Energy savings are possible due to the reflective properties found in the light colored TPO such as white and light grey. Other available colors include black.
